What is the average hourly Internet traffic rate when working with the Company's trade terminal?

The Internet traffic is displayed in the right bottom corner of the terminal: In/Out kb (the "Status line" option in the "View" menu should be selected). On average it is 200-250 kb/hour during active market work.

With the mobile version of Metatrader, how much data transfer, in terms of MB, can I expect to be billed for on a daily basis from my wireless provider?

Data transfer depends very much on number of downloaded charts. We did not calculate the size of data transfer for the mobile version of MetaTrader 4 - Forex Ltd but using only one chart in MetaTrader 4 Forex Ltd trading platform You should download approximately 4 MB of information a day.

What are the minimum Internet connection requirements for stable work on the market?

The minimum requirements for channel technical specifications are:

Speed: 14400 kilobit/sec
Delays in packet transfer:

• acceptable: 300-600 ms
• maximum: not more than 2000 ms

• acceptable: not more than 10-15%
• maximum: not more than 30%

During a stable Internet connection the trade terminal program displays a "No connection" message. What are the reasons?

Possible reasons for lack of connection are:

1. Meta Trader 4 Forex Ltd works through port 443, which may be closed on your PC. Ask your technical support service to open this port.
2. Check the terminal's settings in the main menu: select Service->Options, choose the Server tab, the following should be indicated in the Server box: "Forex-Server - Forex Ltd." or "fx.forexltd.co.uk:443".
